The influencer, who has been vocal on social media about various societal issues, through Adeyanju, announced that they were prepared with additional evidence against Bobrisky that had not yet been made public online. This hearing is part of an ongoing investigation, although the specific nature of the allegations remains to be fully disclosed.
According to Adeyanju: “VeryDarkMan has not said he won’t talk because we came prepared with additional evidence that are not online. He is not saying he won’t assist the committee; but because that person who should be here is not, he won’t talk directly but through his counsel.”
Earlier, VeryDarkMan had vowed not to speak at the ongoing investigative hearing by the House of Representatives due to the absence of Bobrisky and the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
The activist said:
“I will not say anything until Bobrisky and EFCC chairman are present. If I say anything, let me die.”
