BREAKING: Obey Party Constitution And Directives – Labour Party Warns Members As It Sets Up Disciplinary Committeee

According to him, the setting up of the disciplinary committee is part of decisions reached at the meeting of the National Working Committee (NWC) of the party.

“All party members are under obligation to respect the integrity and dignity of the party and its leadership.

“The national leadership will not hesitate to discipline any member who is not ready to obey the Constitution of the Party and obey directives,’’ Abure said.

Naijaonpoint reports the disciplinary committee is headed by the LP National Legal Adviser, Kehinde Edun.

Other members of the committee are Clement Ojukwu, Deputy National Chairman, Ayo Olorunfemi and Dudu Manuga, national women leader.

Others are Callistus Ihejiagwa, chairman, Imo chapter, Raji Mohammed, chairman, Kano State chapter, and Umar Ibrahim, national secretary, who is the secretary of the committee.

Abure urged members of the party to work together for the common purpose of lifting up the poor which LP stands for.
