Flying Eagles captain Daniel Bameyi says he is fully settled at Slovenian side Primorje and is determined to deliver performances that will make the club’s supporters proud.

The teenage defender, who also earned a 2025 CAF Young Player of the Year nomination, believes the move has come at the right time in his career.

Bameyi has been tipped as one of Nigeria’s most promising young players, having previously featured for the Super Eagles and impressed in major youth tournaments.
