Galadima made this assertion on Channels Television’s “Politics Today” on Friday night, September 27, citing Kwankwaso’s superior capabilities.
Galadima’s endorsement of Kwankwaso arrives amidst growing criticism of President Tinubu’s administration. The NNPP chieftain alleged that appointees of the current administration prioritize personal win over national development. “They are not interested in developing Nigeria, but rather in growing their pockets,” he stated.
To consequence change, Galadima stressed the importance of leadership by example. “Mindset is key. Leaders must demonstrate integrity and yoke with the grassroots.” He cited the Dangote Skill Acquisition Centre in Kano as a shining epitome of empowering youth through skills training.
Recall that Kwankwaso served as governor of Kano State from 1999 to 2003 and from 2011 to 2015. He challenged the 2023 presidential election and got nearly 1.5 million votes.
