Bello, accompanied by his legal team, arrived at the EFCC office on Tuesday morning, driving himself in a black Toyota Hilux.
This development follows a recent Supreme Court judgment dismissing a suit filed by state governments challenging the constitutionality of the anti-graft agency.
During the last hearing on November 14, the EFCC requested an adjournment to November 27, citing the 30-day window for the summons previously issued as still valid. The fresh case against the former governor continues to unfold.
