@welovecourage6 displayed the transaction receipt on TikTok along with his chats with the owner of the money.

@welovecourage6 revealed that the owner of the money contacted him after two weeks and demanded he did a refund.

The young man replied that he had spent the money, causing the owner to threaten him.

Unmoved, he dared the owner to make good his threats, maintaining that he would not return the N490k.

The incident has sparked reactions online, with many faulting the owner of the money for his manner of approach.

Man returns N235k wrongly sent to him

Meanwhile, Legit previously reported that a young man had returned N235k that was mistakenly sent to his account.

According to Robert on Facebook, he got a notification on his phone that someone, Ephraim, had sent N235k to his OPay account.

The money was a mistake transaction, and a few minutes later, Robert received a call from Ephraim, who said the N235k was for his mother and sister’s school fees. Robert said he promised to refund the money and did so immediately after their call.
