Fagbemi met the former president at his residence in Daura, Katsina State on Sunday, December 8.

While it remains unclear the purpose of the visit, a former presidential aide, Bashir Ahmad in a post on X.

“Honourable Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation, Lateef Olasunkanmi Fagbemi, SAN, paid a courtesy visit to former President Muhammadu Buhari today at his residence in Daura, Katsina State,” he wrote.

The visit has, however, led to varied reactions since it emerged.
